This is my second review, following my initial review from 5 years ago, of my experience at Dominion Dental. As a senior, have always a fear of going to the dentist, I have always had faith in Dr. Ernie, and I am grateful to have him as my dentist. Recently, I have been undergoing ongoing work on several of my molars. Dr. Ernie was calm, gentle, professional and yet kind, which helped ease my nerves during my time in the dental chair. He was always understanding of my anxiety, explained each step of the process, and checked in on me regularly. The dental office has the latest technology, and I found it fascinating to see the 3D images on the computer. I was informed that he had used the latest product for the capping, and I could tell that Dr. Ernie took excellent care of my dental needs. His work was excellent and I am very pleased with it. I would also like to shout out to the dental assistant, who was efficient and supportive throughout, as well as to the receptionist, who was professional and polite. My experience at Dominion Dental was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking great service. Thank you, Dominion Dental - you've done it again - keep up the great work! Sumaya is an awesome dentist. I have been going to her for many years now, and am always very pleased with the results of her dental work. Sumaya has a warm, kind, gentle manner, and always patiently explains her dental work and any answers to my questions. I have had 4 crowns perfectly done by Sumaya, and every 3 months I come in to get my teeth scaled and polished by her. My teeth come out lovely and white, and I have had many compliments about my white teeth. Parking outside is good, and her staff are lovely too. I thoroughly recommend Sumaya as a dentist, and am so pleased that the long term of my dental health is in her capable, professional hands.

Got my teeth cleaned and examined. Very smooth and enjoyable experience. Well priced too compared to other clinics. Staff were very friendly and caring. Definitely going here again!

I’ve always been more than satisfied after a visit to Dr Sumaya’s clinic. I find Dr Sumatra very professional and her explanations on the problems with your teeth along with the images on the computer, albeit a bit graphic, most understandable. I must add that her dental assistants are a cut above your average ones with their care and humour.

Dr Sumaya Ershad was very friendly, kind and gentle. On top of this, she explained my wisdom teeth situation in great detail. Sadly they can't come out yet, but once they are down enough, I will be going through here. They even had Netflix! Overall, the best experience I have had with a dental clinic. Would recommend!

Excellent friendly service and well communication

I've been going to dentists now for 55 years and Dr Sumaya and her staff are so friendly and informative ,they have change my whole approach to my dental regime. I highly recommend them .

The ladies who looked after me for an examination and a clean today were so lovely and informative. My dental nurse was very kind, attentive and made sure I was at ease at all times. She was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained my mouth xrays and photos to me. Would have to be one of the most pleasant dental experiences I've had - definitely recommend this place!

I have to have one loose tooth extracted urgently on Saturday, contacted a few providers with no luck, booked an appointment with Dr Park on the same day. He is very professional, happy with the service and everything, deserves a 5 star rating.

This dental centre is amazing. It supplies such a great service with a very competitive price compared to many other clinics. I had a successful 10 months orthodontics treatment with Dr. Sumaya as a 30+ adult female. She is the nicest dentist I've ever had. She is highly experienced, very trustworthy, and she always treats her patient gently. I also love her explaining all the details explicitly in the process, which made me have a clear understanding of what is going on. I'm very satisfied with the final result. All my friends are amazed how good it turned out to be in less in a year. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sumaya.

Even though I've moved way out west, I'll still have these ladies as my dentist. You have to feel comfortable and Sumaya is so informative and communicates everything to you. Look forward to my next visit (something I wouldn't say going to the dentist lol).

Overall pleasant experience with Dominion Dental Centre, thank you so much! Many dental clinics have refused to undertake a complicated surgery to extract my wisdom tooth. I'm glad I came to Dominion Dental Centre. During the consultation, Dr Sumaya explained the risk of the procedure relating to my situation, and was very thorough with her explanation. The next day, Admin checked in with me which I thought was super kind of them.

I cant thank the team at dominion dental enough. I had braces for 2 years and a bit and I'm absolutely happy with the results !! I also had really inflamed gums which they lasered for me without any extra charge. overall great services and friendly staff, highly recommend 🙂

The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sumaya is very dedicated to her clients and takes the time to explain what exactly is wrong and what can be done. I had a tooth extracted and i was nervous, but she made me feel comfortable before the procedure and the whole process of it was fast and painless. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years so I had gone in to the dental clinic already anxious and nervous about my scale and polish appointment. I was welcomed by the receptionist/ dental assistant with a big smile who also put me at ease before seeing the dentist and I thank you! half way through the scale and polish I had to sit up as the nerves took over - I was then again assured by both the dental assistant/ receptionist and dentist that I was in good hands and to take my time to collect my thoughts before proceeding again - if I still wanted too and to my surprise I got through it! Now Some clinics wouldn’t have had the time for patients like me but Dominion dental centre staff sure have the patience of saints! I walked away with my scale and polish and also happy with the service provided - so for that I definitely would recommend your business to friends and family 🙂 Thank you so much! Jane

Dr Ernie Park had made my experience visiting Dominion Dental Centre most recently a great experience and also provided quality work. I am not a very good adult patient because of my previous bad experiences with a couple of dental centers that it has instilled the fear in me going to one. But I was glad that I found Ernie as he had listened to my concerns and had helped me with my fillings and crown. His gentle caring mannerism and his expertise to overcome my anxiety made sure I was coping and my well-being during the whole process of crowning and it was too not bad after all! Last but not least the staffs were polite and professional – great service and care. When you find the best – you keep it.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I believe that I should. I had a problem with a tooth, and I was desperately looking for a dentist. I'm really scared of going to any kind of doctor and I was very annoyed that I didn't have any other choice. One of my friends encouraged me to try Dominion Dental Centre, and I am very glad I listened to him. The doctor was incredibly gentile, and I felt no pain whatsoever. He explained to me every procedure without losing his patience and I didn't even realize when the whole thing was over. Even though I haven't been to the dentist for about two years, the doctor didn't try to make me feel bad or mock me. On the contrary, he told me that a lot of people are afraid to go to the dentist, and it is nothing to be ashamed about. The office is very spacious and features state-of-the-art equipment. The staff is so warm and friendly, that you feel like everybody there is determined to make you have a great experience, even though you are at the dentist.

My name is Wayne Zeng, I dropped in the centre without an appointment given a bit of emergency situation I was in. The receptionist was very helpful and managed to squeeze me in for a quick check up at time of 4.40pm on Friday. Dr S Ershad was absolutely amazing and very professional. I found this centre was full of positive vibe and everyone in there was extremely friendly. Highly recommended!!!! I have recommended it to all my friends and families. Thanks team and please keep up with the great work!!!!
